Are you a Home Owner looking to add Solar or a Battery to your home?

There are numerous upgrades you can make to a home that you own or have a mortgage on.

Very soon Vic Govt will enable EUA loans for Homeowners to upgrade their building.

Contact us below and we'll let you know when Vic Govt passes legislation to allow this. We believe it will happen in early 2020.

Live in NSW? Not to worry, we're hopeful NSW will follow and allow Home Owners to take out this type of funding for their own house in the future.

Below are the types of projects we expect Vic Govt will allow under legislation for Home Owners.

For most Home Owners, this will mean Solar Panels (also called PV or Photo Voltaic panels) on your roof and Battery storage such as Tesla. Typically these upgrades will have to be grid-connected in order to comply, as is the case for Commercial Building owners.

LED lights use heaps less energy, are cheap to manufacture and last longer than regular incandescent bulbs. All in all, a huge saving for the planet. They're great at home or a commercial building as they cost less to run and produce less heat than ordinary bulbs.

Australia needs to prepare for the next drought - it could happen any time. Rainwater capture systems, tanks and water efficiency measures help us use less water and take the burden off our dams, plus you can water your garden when you like!

Currently available for Commercial Buildings it's highly likely similar upgrades will be allowed for Private Homes to reduce heating/cooling costs: Energy efficient roof material and insulation, and High Performance windows.
